V-Go is a 26 meter-long wooden Greek Flag gullet based in Rhodes (Greece).  She has 8 cabins, accommodating up to 17 guests in Greece.  V-Go is a preferred yacht for great cruises in the unique waters of Mediterranean and Aegean seas with its 4 professional staff.

All cabins are equipped with air conditioner, wc, shower, clothes closet and hair dryer. There are separate sunbeds for all our guests, relaxation areas in the front and rear, chairs, tables, service kits, security equipment, glasses and pallets. There are separate recreation and living areas for our staff. Gullet is fully equipped with kitchen, bar, ice machine, freezer, fridge, music player and Lcd TV.

The yacht is equipped with navigation devices, radio, radar, gps, ais transponder, flotation ring, lifebelt, life raft and zodiac inflatable boat so you can relax yourself on the wonderful blue waters of the Greek islands.

*  Air conditioning max 6-8 hours a day (for example 08:00-09:00 – 13:00-14:00 – 18:00-20:00 – 22:00-00:00).  Please note that the New Marina in Rhodes does not allow the generators to work there due to noise pollution.  The other harbours do allow it.  But not for more than 2 consecutive hours and not during the night.

 IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GUEST

Cruise itineraries are given as a general guidance only. Tours are subject to change, due to bad weather/sea conditions, force measure and change in local legislation without prior notice and docking conditions in major ports and marinas. Certain stops might be visited on another day than shown in the above program or might be cancelled. Your Captain is responsible for all passengers and crew on board, and he has the right to change the program if needed.

Please note that the 1st night is spent in Rhodes New Marina and the next morning, your captain and the V-GO staff will organize all necessary formalities and/or fuel. We will start cruising between 10:00-13:00, depending on how busy it is at the port authorities and/or fuel office. On day 7 between 09:00-10:00 we arrive back at Rhodes New Marina for a free day and last night on the boat. If you would like to visit the Old Town or any of the beaches or villages on Rhodes Island, you can request for a taxi at the reception which is located at the entrance of the New Marina. Walking to the Old Town is about 20 minutes. Please let us know if you have special wishes/dietary requirements/allergies. All tours will be operated by Greek flagged legally licensed vessels and full compliant with International Conventions for the Safety of Life at Sea.

The luxury motor yacht ANYTHING GOES V measures 34.10m (111' 11") and was built by Sanlorenzo in Italy, launched in 2018. With naval architecture by Francesco Paszkowski, the yacht has a layout designed for up to ten charter guests overnight, sleeping in five cabins while serviced by a professional and friendly crew of six.

Guests arriving by tender have access to the main deck aft via two stairways, where armchairs surround the coffee table and stern-side sofa. Side-decks lead around to the foredeck, where there is a loveseat for guests to take in the uninterrupted views.

The upper deck aft has a coffee table and seating close to the aft for a casual place for guests to enjoy drinks after dinner.

On the sundeck, sun loungers cover the stern with the space amidships left clear for guests to use as desired. The sundeck forward has a broad sunpad with a Jacuzzi behind.

The interiors have a modern and minimalist interior and a light colour scheme in white and grey tones. Warm colours in the artwork, fixtures and flooring add a warm tone to the rooms to make an ideal setting for casual relaxation as well as more formal occasions.

The lower deck layout places the crew accommodation and facilities forward with the guest accommodation amidships and the engine room and tender garage to the stern.

On the main deck, the Master suite is forward with the main foyer and galley behind. The main salon is a spacious, minimalist environment providing guests with an aft-facing corner sofa to port with forward-facing armchairs and a coffee table in the centre to complete the setting. To starboard, glass sliding doors open out onto the side deck and allow guests a greater connection with the natural environment while relaxing.

ANYTHING GOES V Specifications

The upper deck has the helm station forward with seating to port and starboard where guests can unwind and take in the forward views in all weather conditions. Behind, the skylounge has a corner sofa placed to starboard beneath the broad windows, and close to the doors to the upper deck aft there is a formal dining area to seat up to 10 guests. The curving glass sliding doors to the aft can open the space to the outside for a sheltered alfresco experience.

A pair of MTU 10V2000 M72 900KW engines produces a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests across 5 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 VIP staterooms and 2 twin cabins. The main deck forward hosts the Master suite, which is accessed off the main foyer through a long corridor for privacy. A walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom is placed to port before the bedroom and has a contained toilet and bidet, his-and-hers sinks and a shower. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a skylight above, a desk to port beneath the windows and a widescreen TV opposite the bed. The VIP staterooms are placed to port and starboard on the lower deck amidships and both have a king-sized bed, wardrobe and an aft en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The twin cabins are placed to port and starboard forward of the VIP staterooms and both have a wardrobe with an en-suite bathroom furnished with a toilet, sink and shower. The crew of 6 will ensure that all guests on board are well taken care of throughout the journey.

V-Go Yachting website is a system that facilitates the rental process of yachts, gulets, catamarans and sailboats in different locations without the need for users to register or create an account. To make a reservation, all you have to do is select the ad you want and fill out the request form!

Listings are added by the V-Go Yachting team at the owner's or owner's request and are reviewed by our operators to ensure their location, photographs and details are correct. Comments and photos from previous tenants have been added to strengthen the listing details and provide future tenants with more detailed and accurate information.

The booking process is simple for our users. They can choose the yacht they prefer for the dates they want by browsing the ads on our website. This service is free and you do not need to register. Our operators review the reservation requests and contact the advertisers to confirm the reservation. After approval, the advertiser completes the reservation process by taking the deposit and system commission from the tenant.

Make a reservation for the yacht of your choice

After the reservation confirmation and payment transactions are completed, the contact information of the advertiser will be sent to you. You can then contact them by phone or email to plan the details of your trip. In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy determined by the advertisers applies for all cancellation requests. If you cancel after you have made a reservation but before your trip begins, you must comply with the cancellation policy stated by the advertiser. If any penalties are stated in the cancellation policy, these will be deducted from your deposit refund. Unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy, the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation after the start of the trip.

Enjoy Your Holiday

After discussing and finalizing the details, meet the boat owner at the agreed meeting point and complete your check-in process. During this process, V-Go Yachting personnel will meet you in the regions where our field teams are located and will be with you during the transactions. We wish you a pleasant holiday. At the end of your holiday, you will return the yacht to the advertiser and jointly inspect the damage. If no damage is found, the security deposit paid at check-in or via the payment methods specified by the boat owner at check-in will be refunded to you. Migrant boat seen trying to make English Channel crossing

The deaths of a dozen migrants on the English Channel hasn't stopped more boats from attempting to cross from France to the U.K. Associated Press journalists watched a crowded boat make its way through the sea on Wednesday as French patrol boats monito...

WIMEREUX, France -- A day after 12 migrants died when their small inflatable ripped apart on a failed effort to cross the English Channel, several dozen others made another crossing attempt on a crowded vessel from northern France on Wednesday, as French patrol boats watched it labor through the seas.

That migrants were prepared to risk their lives so soon after a dozen others lost theirs trying to cross the busy waterway from France to Britain underscored the magnitude of the problem for the French and U.K. governments. It was the deadliest accident involving a migrant boat in the English Channel this year.

The mayor of Wimereux, a French coastal town where Associated Press journalists filmed the crowded inflatable boat on Wednesday, pleaded for French and British officials to do more to limit the number of migrants attempting the often perilous journey.

“Unfortunately, every day is like this for us. The smugglers — a criminal network — continue with insistence to send people to their deaths in the channel. It really is unacceptable, scandalous. And it is high time that a lasting solution is found with Britain,” Mayor Jean-Luc Dubaële said by phone.

“Let's ask ourselves the question: Why do they want to go to Britain? Because something is drawing them there,” he said. “They can ask for asylum in France. (But) none ask for the right to asylum in France. They all want to go to Britain. So it is high time that we sit around a table with the new British government.”

Cross-Channel migration was a key focus in the U.K. general election in July, which the Labour Party won resoundingly to make its leader, Keir Starmer, the new prime minister.

A French prosecutor investigating Tuesday's sinking, Guirec Le Bras, said 10 of the 12 dead were women and six of the victims were minors. Many appeared to be Eritrean, he said. The inflatable boat sank about 5 kilometers (3 miles) off the French coast, he said. Maritime authorities said many aboard didn't have life vests.

Fishermen who recovered some of the dead said they were moved to tears.

“The bodies of two women were very young. That hurt me. I cried all day. I couldn’t stop," said 53-year-old Samba Sy Ndiaye, who works aboard the Murex, one of two fishing boats that assisted the French rescue effort.

Another crew member, Axel Baheu, said the body of one young woman – he guessed she was between 15 and 20 – had a telephone in a waterproof pouch around her neck. It started to ring as he was pulling her out of the water and checking for a pulse, he said.

“That was hard because you know full well that no one will ever answer," Baheu said.

His father, Jean Marie Baheu, said he saw another heavily laden migrant boat set off Wednesday in front of his house.

“When the weather is good and there’s no wind, there are departures every day,” he said. “At the beginning, you’d see 20, 30 people. Now, it’s minimum 70, 80.”

The inflatable boat the AP saw and filmed on Wednesday was carrying migrants, French maritime authorities confirmed. AP journalists estimated that 40 to 50 people were aboard.

Many wore life preservers. A patrol boat flying a French flag approached the inflatable at one point and the crew tossed more life vests — about half a dozen — to the migrants.

The English Channel's gray seas were comparatively calm, with small waves lapping the beach as people walked dogs on the sand.

Still, the inflatable appeared to make slow headway. Even though journalists filmed it for more than two hours, it remained clearly visible from shore, with the patrol vessel buzzing around it and a larger one shadowing it from farther away.

The French maritime agency that oversees that stretch of sea said the boats were monitoring the inflatable in case it ran into difficulty or people aboard requested assistance.

In a statement to the AP, the agency said that although maritime law forbids the use at sea of makeshift inflatables, it's too dangerous to force them back to shore when the boats are heavily laden.

“It's difficult to achieve with more than 50 people on board who are vehemently refusing to be rescued. The main risk is a stampede on board and then a capsizing, these boats being neither stable nor reliable. The risk of loss of human life being too high for an intervention under duress, the choice is made to prioritize the protection of the people on board and by simply monitoring from a distance the navigation capabilities of these boats,” the statement said.

“It is therefore more a question of ethics than of blind application of the law,” it added.

By the U.K. government's count, at least 21,720 migrants have managed to cross the English Channel so far this year. That's 3% more than at the same stage last year, but 19% lower than during the same period in 2022.

The boat that ripped apart on Tuesday, plunging 65 people into the sea, was one of several crossing attempts that day. British authorities said at least 317 migrants succeeded, arriving aboard five boats.

One of the first measures the new U.K. government immediately enacted was to scrap the previous Conservative government’s plan to send some migrants arriving in small boats to Rwanda rather than being allowed to seek asylum in Britain. Human rights groups criticized the plan.

Starmer called the plan a “gimmick” and wouldn't act as a deterrent. Instead, his government has opted to divert some of the money saved from ditching the program into setting up a strengthened border force to “smash” the criminal gangs behind the small-boat arrivals.
