O’PATI is based in Greece and is available for luxury cruising around the Ioninan Sea and the Greek Islands as well as the rest of the Eastern Mediterranean, including Turkey. She is powered by three MTU 16V 2000 M91 diesel engines enabling her to reach an impressive maximum speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots, making her an ideal vessel for island hopping.

O'PATI Specifications

O’Pati has a fuel consumption of 400 litres per hour at an economical speed of 12,5 knots, using two engines. She is fitted with two 50kW Caterpillar C4.4 generators with a consumption of 320 litres per day. Fuel consumption at 24 knots is 850 litres per hour.

In 2017 O’Pati has received a refit that included an interior makeover, with new carpeting in the VIP and guest cabins, new roman blinds, new Bimini tent as well as new linen. Previous refits were undertaken in 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013, demonstrating that the yacht is being well taken care of and constantly maintained in a top condition.

This open-style yacht was built with aluminium hull as well as superstructure and offers three double cabins and two twin cabins in her layout. A crew of eight professionals is available to cater for all your needs and wishes, sleeping in two Pullman, one king, two queen and four single beds. Charter guests will find accommodation aboard O’PATI very comfortable and inviting, offering luxury amenities and great attention to detail. The suites include one master cabin located on the lower deck which features a king-sized bed. Two queen-size cabins and two cabins with twin beds are also situated on this deck, with twin cabins boasting an additional Pullman berth each. All cabins have their own en suite bathroom facilities.

Water toys and extras include 2One ZAR 5.30m tender with 140hp outboard, one Kawasaki three seat jet ski, sea bob, water ski equipment, wake board, tubes, stand up paddle SUP, fishing and snorkelling equipment. Fly board is available upon request and only rendezvous diving is possible. Furthermore, the yacht is equipped with LCD monitors, a Home Cinema System and AV surround system in all staterooms and saloons. In addition renting O’Pati, you will have CD/DVD/Blue Ray/MP3 player, PS3, PS4, satellite receivers, iOS devices compatibility, Airplay, Apple TV and iPads at your disposal. Josh, it was a very good charter. The crew was wonderful, especially the cook. Unfortunately we could not go and visit the islands in Aegean Sea because of windy weather and had to hang around main land, Corinthian straits, Peloponnese and some islands Ionian Sea. The boat was very nice. The Capitan made a right decision to stay close to shore and take no chances. I guess we will see Aegean island next time. Otherwise we are very happy with the trip. OUTDOOR LIVING

How to book a yacht charter?

Our dedicated charter consultant will help you select the right yacht, based on your needs and preferences, plan your itinerary and help arrange all logistics before, during and after the charter.

How much is the crew gratuity (tip)?

A crew gratuity is customary but at the Charterer’s discretion. Usually varies from 10% to 20% of the charter fee, based on the charterer’s satisfaction.

What is the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA)?

The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) covers any running expenses while on board (e.g. transport, fuel, food & drink supplies, berthing dues, harbor charges, agency fees, equipment requested etc.). The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee, depending on the yacht. At the end of the charter, the captain will present to the charterer a detailed analysis of all expenses. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA, will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter.

How is the charter rate calculated?

The charter rate, usually different for high and low seasons, is quoted per week.

For charters longer than a week, the charter rate is calculated by dividing the weekly rate by seven and multiplying by the number of charter days.

Charters lasting less than a week are usually calculated by dividing the weekly rate by six and multiplying by the number of charter days.

What support does OCEDA offer during the charter process?

We remain on hand throughout the charter to assist in any support required by our charterer clients such as organising an event onboard, booking restaurants, activities and handling any health and safety emergencies.

Oceda also can provide full support to the crew onboard via our agency team such as itinerary planning, the handling of all port formalities, provisioning and fuelling of the yacht.

What are the charter duration and booking lead time?

The charter duration depends on the yacht’s availability. A charter can last from 1 day (for some of the yachts) to more than a month, also depending on how long the charterer wants to charter. To ensure finding the perfect yacht for you we recommend that clients reach out to us at least 6 months in advance to the high season and up to three months in advance for off-peak season.

What are the costs the charter fee covers?

Under MYBA terms, the charter fee only covers the hire of the yacht with the crew on board. All additional expenses are covered by the chartering party. To cover such expenses an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is required to cover any provisioning, fueling mooring and legal fees. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA paid will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter. The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee. The charterer should also consider VAT and potential gratuities to the crew for their decision on a yacht.

O’PATI is a 40 mt. luxurious motor yacht built in 2011 by Golden Yachts. She features naval architecture by Hydro Tec as well as exterior design and interior styling by Giorgio Vafiadis. The exterior hull is dark, glossy black with a silver superstructure, reaching a cruising speed of 24 knots.

Based on minimal-chic design, elegance and harmony of  interior layout together with sport lines allow a comfortable and safety cruise on board of O’PATI , with all whether conditions. Her wide and bright main salon, with a forward separate dining area, along with the cockpit and her 3 levels deck is ideal for relaxing time and also is the convivial area for excellence in direct contact with the surrounding environment.

Fully air conditioned and equipped with LCD’s TV, Hi-Fi audio system and Wi-Fi connection throughout yacht, there is also an DVD & CD library on board.

O’PATI can sleep up to a maximum of 12 guests in her 5 staterooms which include a master suite with king size bed, two doubles with queen size beds and two twin cabins with four single beds and two pullman berths, all with en-suite facilities. She also accommodates up to a further six professional crew.
