Presented by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht SEA WOLF is a 136 ft motor yacht featuring a hot tub. SEA WOLF spends the summer season in Greece. She was delivered by the ship builder Mondomarine in 2008. A succesful refit was finalized in 2022. The ingenious yacht layout features 6 generous cabins and easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

SEA WOLF is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, the aft deck, is right next to the attractive and sleek main salon.. The main saloon is a friendly space to spend time when the weather is not ideal and boasts a number of entertainment options. 6 spacious cabins are thoughtfully spread out with vison for maximum room, access, comfort and privacy.

CAPTAIN – Stefanos Marinos Stefanos was born in 1981 and he is a Greek national. He holds a Captain’s diploma and all the necessary certificates for his position. He started his career on commercial and passenger ships and after gaining valuable experience he entered the yachting industry in 2017. Before joining M/Y Sea Wolf, he served onboard various charter yachts. His charming and friendly personality together with his excellent communication skills makes him an ideal captain on charter yachts. He is a professional and dedicated captain and with his vast experience ensures that all guests onboard Sea Wolf will have a top level tailor made cruise. Stefanos has an over 11 years’ experience and he loves exploring new areas, secluded beaches and creates tailor made cruises. Stefanos speaks English. CHIEF OFFICER – Dimitris Skopelitis Dimitris was born in 1992 in Greece and after his studies he started his career on passenger ships in 2014. Dimitris holds a Captain Class C diploma, a bachelor in Maritime Management and has acquired numerous certificates including, Ship Security Officer, Advanced Fire Fighting Certificate, Ro/Ro passenger, Speedboat license etc. Dimitris joined Sea Wolf in 2022 and he is a great team player. Dimitris is an extremely multi-talented and pleasurable person. He is always available to assist with Jet skis and water sports equipment and ensure endless fun for guests of all ages. He speaks English and enjoys sailing, kitesurfing and snowboarding. ENGINEER – George Kostinieris George was born in 1983 and he is a Greek national. He is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and holds an Chief engineer’s diploma. During his career he has attended many seminars and holds numerous certificates etc. He has worked on all types of vessels going on voyages all around the world including charter yachts such as M/Y AMZ, M/Y Oleanna and M/Y George P before joining Sea Wolf in 2022. He is very hard working and always ready to lend a hand. He has a pleasant and responsible personality, and ensures that every system works and is maintained to the highest standard for the safety of all guests.He speaks English and his hobbies are hiking, trekking and painting. CHEF – Apostolos Vlachos Apostolos is Greek, born in 1992. He is a graduate of Culinary and Pastry Institute IEK Ksini. Apostolos has worked as a Chef in several restaurants around Greece, onboard private yachts and as a private chef. He has received special training at the Chef’s Club of Greece with specialization in Greek gastronomy. He is well versed in numerous styles of cuisine including Mediterranean which is his great passion. He impresses all guests onboard with his skills and delicious dishes offering them a complete gastronomic experience. Apostolos speaks English and his hobbies are traveling, music and good food. CHIEF STEWARDESS – Anna Chemisova Anna was born in 1987 in Ukraine. Anna has a vast experience in VIP services as she is working in hospitality industry for more than 16 years. She has worked at various luxurious hotels, restaurants and yachts. She entered yachting industry in 2007 and she offered her services onboard M/Y O’Ceanos, M/Y Alexandra, M/Y Ionian Princess and M/Y Grande Amore before joining Sea Wolf’s team in 2024. Anna is dedicated to work always kind and happy with a very customer oriented focus and she has an eye for detail. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and she is an invaluable person in the Sea Wolf experience. She enjoys swimming, travelling and reading and she speaks fluent English, Greek and Russian. 2nd STEWARDESS – Anastasia Pini Anastasia was born in 1975 in Greece. She holds a Stewardess diploma from the Hellenic Marine Academy and entered the yachting in 2012. Before joining Sea Wolf’s crew in 2023 she worked onboard various private and charter yachts such as Absolut King, Alexander and Barents Sea. Anastasia is a very pleasant and friendly person with excellent communication skills and she will do her utmost in order to offer the best service to all guests onboard. She speaks English and she enjoys travelling, reading and sports. DECKHAND – Eleftherios Tsiolis Eleftherios is a Greek national born in 1992. He is fully qualified for his position and holds a sailor’s and a speedboat license. Eleftherios has gained a vast experience having worked on various charter and private yachts before joining Sea Wolf, such as M/Y Extravagance, M/S Meltemi and M/Y George P amongst others. He loves sports and travelling and he speaks English. DECKHAND – Aggelos Laios Aggelos was born in 2001 and is a Greek national. He is passionate with the sea and holds an Offshore Sailing diploma and a RYA/MCA Yacht master offshore diploma. He has 10 years’ experience in competitive sailing in laser category and has participated in multiple racing events in Greece and abroad with the most highlighted performance in the 2017 World Championship. He excels at completing multiple tasks simultaneously and always striving to go extra mile in order to provide excellent customer service or to give a hand to his team mates. He speaks fluent English and German and his hobbies are sailing, snowboarding and drawing.

Before joining M/Y Sea Wolf, he served onboard various charter yachts. His charming and friendly personality together with his excellent communication skills makes him an ideal captain on charter yachts. He is a professional and dedicated captain and with his vast experience ensures that all guests onboard Sea Wolf will have a top level tailor made cruise. Stefanos has an over 11 years’ experience and he loves exploring new areas, secluded beaches and creates tailor made cruises. Stefanos speaks English.<br /> <br /> CHIEF OFFICER – Dimitris Skopelitis <br /> Dimitris was born in 1992 in Greece and after his studies he started his career on passenger ships in 2014. Dimitris holds a Captain Class C diploma, a bachelor in Maritime Management and has acquired numerous certificates including, Ship Security Officer, Advanced Fire Fighting Certificate, Ro/Ro passenger, Speedboat license etc.<br /> Dimitris joined Sea Wolf in 2022 and he is a great team player. Dimitris is an extremely multi-talented and pleasurable person. He is always available to assist with Jet skis and water sports equipment and ensure endless fun for guests of all ages. He speaks English and enjoys sailing, kitesurfing and snowboarding. <br /> <br /> <br /> ENGINEER – George Kostinieris<br /> George was born in 1983 and he is a Greek national. He is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and holds an Chief engineer’s diploma. During his career he has attended many seminars and holds numerous certificates etc. He has worked on all types of vessels going on voyages all around the world including charter yachts such as M/Y AMZ, M/Y Oleanna and M/Y George P before joining Sea Wolf in 2022. He is very hard working and always ready to lend a hand. He has a pleasant and responsible personality, and ensures that every system works and is maintained to the highest standard for the safety of all guests.He speaks English and his hobbies are hiking, trekking and painting.<br /> <br /> CHEF – Apostolos Vlachos<br /> Apostolos is Greek, born in 1992. He is a graduate of Culinary and Pastry Institute IEK Ksini. Apostolos has worked as a Chef in several restaurants around Greece, onboard private yachts and as a private chef. He has received special training at the Chef’s Club of Greece with specialization in Greek gastronomy.<br /> He is well versed in numerous styles of cuisine including Mediterranean which is his great passion. He impresses all guests onboard with his skills and delicious dishes offering them a complete gastronomic experience. Apostolos speaks English and his hobbies are traveling, music and good food. <br /> <br /> <br /> CHIEF STEWARDESS – Anna Chemisova<br /> Anna was born in 1987 in Ukraine. Anna has a vast experience in VIP services as she is working in hospitality industry for more than 16 years. She has worked at various luxurious hotels, restaurants and yachts. She entered yachting industry in 2007 and she offered her services onboard M/Y O’Ceanos, M/Y Alexandra, M/Y Ionian Princess and M/Y Grande Amore before joining Sea Wolf’s team in 2024. Anna is dedicated to work always kind and happy with a very customer oriented focus and she has an eye for detail. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and she is an invaluable person in the Sea Wolf experience. She enjoys swimming, travelling and reading and she speaks fluent English, Greek and Russian.<br /> <br /> 2nd STEWARDESS – Anastasia Pini<br /> Anastasia was born in 1975 in Greece. She holds a Stewardess diploma from the Hellenic Marine Academy and entered the yachting in 2012. Before joining Sea Wolf’s crew in 2023 she worked onboard various private and charter yachts such as Absolut King, Alexander and Barents Sea. Anastasia is a very pleasant and friendly person with excellent communication skills and she will do her utmost in order to offer the best service to all guests onboard. She speaks fluent English and she enjoys swimming and travelling.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 3rd STEWARDESS – Georgia-Iliogenniti Hatzi<br /> Georgia was born in 1986 in Greece. Georgia is a very pleasant and friendly person with excellent communication skills and she will do her utmost in order to offer the best service to all guests onboard. He is fully qualified for his position and holds a sailor’s and a speedboat license. Eleftherios has gained a vast experience having worked on various charter and private yachts before joining Sea Wolf, such as M/Y Extravagance, M/S Meltemi and M/Y George P amongst others. He loves sports and travelling and he speaks English.<br /> <br /> <br /> DECKHAND – Aggelos Laios <br /> <br /> Aggelos was born in 2001 and is a Greek national. He is passionate with the sea and holds an Offshore Sailing diploma and a RYA/MCA Yacht master offshore diploma. He has 10 years’ experience in competitive sailing in laser category and has participated in multiple racing events in Greece and abroad with the most highlighted performance in the 2017 World Championship. He excels at completing multiple tasks simultaneously and always striving to go extra mile in order to provide excellent customer service or to give a hand to his team mates. Launched in the Netherlands in 1957 as Smit Clyde, Seawolf began a global career that would gain her the respect and admiration of mariners from Yokohama to Rotterdam. Rossinavi have launched 42.75m Sea Cat superyacht SEAWOLF X , designed by Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design as a hydro-electric catamaran – the shipyard’s most innovative project to date. Originally revealed at the 2022 Monaco Yacht Show she is the first multi-hull project from Rossinavi.

Her eco credentials allow travel in three ‘performance modes’: full-electric mode for day cruises , 90 percent electric on multi-day trips and 80 percent on transatlantic journeys. Additionally, when she is moored, a “hibernation mode” activates which reduces consumption allowing generated energy to be given back to the quay or to a private property. She can recharge at the shore in five hours and supplies enough energy to charge up an entire villa.

There are yet more innovations on board including Rossinavi AI, an artificial intelligence system which analyses the vessels operations, predicts guests’ needs and communicates ‘lower-impact behaviours’ and ‘conscious cruising’ to the crew. The software can also monitor the battery pack to keep it within the optimal energy efficient range of 20 to 80 percent.

Designed to ‘liberate minds from preconceptions’ about catamaran construction, the team have created a low-profile exterior which resembles a sports car and is fitted with solar panels and lightweight solutions.

Outdoor living spans three distinct areas; a convivial cockpit centered around a pool, an expansive sundeck with sunbathing and living spaces, and an innovative bow area featuring a hidden pool and a convertible home theatre. New York-based design firm Meyer Davis have created an interior that “complements the cutting-edge yacht to bring relaxed luxury and sustainable design to its forefront,” the shipyard said. The decor takes inspiration from nature, in particular the sun, the sea and sand. Accommodation is for up to ten guests in four cabins across both hulls.

Luxury yacht SEAWOLF X carries the BluE label, which is the shipyard’s new sustainable philosophy that prioritises environmental impact in designs and is inspired by phytoplankton.

“This yacht showcases remarkable technological innovations in both power management and propulsion technologies, marking the beginning of a new chapter in next-generation vessels,” concluded Federico Rossi.

A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

• 40% of the charter price:  To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel, fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee. If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A does not include a tip for the crew.

• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 7% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

The 27.15m/89'1" expedition yacht 'Seawolf' (ex. Dutch Falcon) was built by Van der Valk in the Netherlands. Her interior is styled by Dutch designer design house Guido de Groot Design and she was completed in 2017. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Guido de Groot Design and she was last refitted in 2018.

Seawolf has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Seawolf is built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C12 ACERT) 390hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 11 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 13 knots with a range of up to 3,000 nautical miles from her 15,000 litre fuel tanks. Her low draft of 1.72m/5'8" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Her water tanks store around 2,500 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register ✠ 100A1 SSC Yacht Mono G6 (hull) classification society rules.
