The wider platform is ideal for riders with larger feet who are looking for a comfortable cruiser board experience. The extra meat also inspires confidence and gives you more platform to land on when doing tricks on larger obstacles. The Tugboat is pressed with 7 plies of Canadian maple for a light, stiff and poppy ride.

These 155mm Polar Bear trucks are going to be exactly what you need if you’re going to hit the skatepark, slappy curb or just about any other obstacle. These fast rolling Landyachtz Chubby Hawgs and Bear Spaceball Built-in bearings are the perfect match if you are wanting to have some fun while cruising around. They are a great wheel to really enjoy your cruising experience. Their offset bearing placement and stone-ground finish give you a comfortable ride with optimal grip for quick/tight turns.

A lively new graphic from our friend Filipo Colombo, paired with a bright, two tone dyed face veneer makes for a fresh new take on our beloved Tugboat shape. We threw on some narrow 130mm Polar Bear traditional kingpin trucks, which are different from the 155mm that have been used on Tugboats in the past, for extra maneuverability. The decrease in truck width also allows for some extra wheel clearance, so we threw on nice big ol’ Fatty Hawgs for that extra roll speed needed on those long commutes or all-day skate adventures. This thing is smooth and fast, just like a jet ski.

The wider platform is ideal for riders with larger feet who are looking for a comfortable cruiser board experience. The extra meat also inspires confidence and gives you more platform to land on when doing tricks on larger obstacles. The Tugboat is pressed with 7 plies of Canadian maple for a light, stiff and poppy ride. It comes set up with Polar Bear 130mm trucks for maximum stability and leverage and an angled riser in the front gives this board a directional feel and really helps to provide predictable, fluid carves with a highly relaxed riding style. 63mm 78a Fatty Hawgs finish off the setup for a fast, smooth ride.

This setup, with Bear Gen6 130mm trucks,  is designed to give you longboard style carving in a compact package. Ideal for flat areas or mellow hills, perfectly suited to neighborhood and path cruising. The Tug Boat Ultra Carve provides a similar experience to a surf skate or surf cruiser with less tip over. Made famous as the wheel of choice for our Dinghy completes, Fatty Hawgs are now available separately in a multitude of colours and patterns so you can upgrade your cruiser board today.  Spaceballs are our answer to all of your bearing problems.  Never again can you lose your washers, or spacers because we’ve built them into the inner race!  On the functional side, this means your bearings are always mated correctly which negates any bearing-induced chatter. 

Orders are currently leaving our warehouses within 1 – 3 business days. For us, “business days” means Monday – Friday as we do not ship orders on weekends. From Monday to Friday our hours of operation are 9am – 5pm PST, excluding statutory holidays. Order processing times are subject to change and orders may ship out later (or earlier) than the aforementioned window – depending on how busy we are.

USA:  Free Shipping on orders above $125*. Express/Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

• West Coast*  – all orders shipped ground, average transit time is 2-3 days.
• East Coast* –  all orders shipped express from our LA warehouse, transit time is usually around 5-7 days.

At Landyachtz we have always aimed to improve the quality of the skateboard you ride and we strongly believe in the boards we make. You can rest assured knowing that, in the rare case of defect, our skateboards come with a 1 year warranty.  

The more we know, the easier it is to help your claim!  The best way to submit your warranty claim is using the form below .   There you can provide all of the necessary information and images we require to assess  your warrant y  claim. Before completing the form please ensure you have photos that show the top and bottom of the board as well as detailed pictures of the affected area.

Please allow us 3-7 business days for us to asses your warranty claim and get in contact with you. We will do our best to make sure you’re back on a quality skateboard as soon as possible.

The   following issues are not covered by our warranty:

• Impact damage, including snaps and cracks
• Run over by a vehicle (or horse)
• Scratches or minor chips
• Water damage

I commute on this in NYC. With double barrel bushings I can push as hard as I can and rip down some small hills and feel stable, and it's still incredibly agile and fun on the flats. I can pump this thing, and carve it so hard I rarely need to footbrake to control speed. Blast of a board.

Flex Ratings

We’ve categorized the stiffness of our boards into 3 main groups, listed below.  The general rule is the faster you’re skating, the stiffer the deck, but this is not universal.

Flexy – Soft and supple flex profile best suited for carving and cruising on longer boards. The bouncy nature of these decks lets you turn deeper and surf your surrounds.

Medium – The do it all of our boards, a perfect balance of stability and carve. 

Stiff – From cruisers to downhill boards a stiff flex profile excels in stability and responsiveness.  Whether you’re dipping into driveways or bombing a mountain pass you’ll be down with the stiffness.
