Andi Star is a true star of the sea. Her classic wooden hull, teak deck, and stunning interiors leave the guests in awe. She can accommodate up to 10 (+4) guests in 5 ensuite cabins. The 4 highly attentive crew members provide the guests with anything they might need, ensuring a carefree vacation at sea. Even though she has a motor, she can also sail the Adriatic sea smoothly and gracefully.

The exterior

Beautiful teak floors and beige wooden furniture on the deck add a classy touch. The shaded outdoor dining table and a padded seating area are great entertaining spots for enjoying meals and cocktails at any hour of the day. The spacious aft deck provides several padded sun mattresses, where the guests can sunbathe or watch the stars at night.

The interior

The salon and ensuite cabins are equally beautifully decorated in wood and neutral tones. In case the guests prefer to dine inside, there's another dining table, a fully stocked bar, and a TV to keep them entertained.

Onboard activities

Andi Star offers a great deal of fun. The guests have the option of adventuring out on the sea with a jet ski, going water skiing, or riding the inflatable tube. For a quieter exploration of the nearby bays and beaches, there are two paddleboards available onboard.

Port and Tourist Taxes

PORT TAXES: Port fees, anchorages, and Tourist taxes are to be paid on spot (in cash), according to actual costs in ports/anchors. The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/port costs. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night, it can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees (approximate cost is between 1.500 – 2.000 Euro/week). In the case of the large consumption of water or fuel during the cruise yacht should go to the port to refill.

• 100 €/hour (for more than 28 hours/week)

Private Marinas:

• If a client wishes to use private marinas the costs can vary from 500 and up to 900 €/night.
• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 10% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

Additional Motorized Water Sports:

• Andi Star has water skiing and tube ride which is charged 100 €/hour according to clients usage. Jet ski is charged 200€/hour according to clients usage.

Other Options on request:

• Land transfers, fishing licenses, guided tours, excursions, restaurants, bike rentals, car rentals.

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

There is a spacious cushioned seating area, dining table and dining area at the rear of the boat. There is a separate dining table in saloon and your meals are prepared in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Andi Star Gulet has enough sunbathing mats and space for all guests. There are a TV, DVD and music system in the saloon.

There are separate cabins for the 3 crew accompanying you on your cruise. The Crew organizes all meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities during the cruise. Safety and comfort of our guests is an absolute priority and the crew has been trained to ensure that. They retire to their own cabins once there are no more jobs or when you need privacy.

Owners Kruno and Antonio are one of the most experienced gulet owners in Croatia . Gulet is very well maintained. Large master cabin and 4 double bed cabins can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Gulet Andi Star combines the beauty of the fascinating Croatian bays with quality service and was commissioned in 2001. By this principle, it was completely renovated in 2023 and took its current modern shape. Gulet Andi Star, which is 26 meters long, has spacious cabins, a large deck, and a lounge, and is designed for your comfort.

The aft deck features a large seating area with cushions, a dining table, and a dining area. There is a separate dining table in the living room and your meals are prepared in a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Andi Star Gulet is equipped with enough sun mats for all its guests.

Port and Tourist Taxes

PORT TAXES: Port fees, anchorages, and Tourist taxes are to be paid on spot (in cash),according to actual costs in ports/anchors. The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/port costs. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night, it can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees (approximate cost is between 1.000 – 1.500 Euro/week). In the case of the large consumption of water or fuel during the cruise yacht should go to the port to refill.

Use of water ski and water tube is 70 euro per hour

Half board (breakfast + lunch): 390 euro per person per week

Extra dinner: 40 euro per dinner per person

Gulet Yacht Andi Star Specifications

Gulet Yacht Andi Star - 2024 Charter Rates / Per Week

Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A) in amount of the charter fee (before discount) is to be paid by the charterer in addition to the charter fee which includes all fuel and relevant costs for the yacht and its tenders, as well as all harbor expenses, customs, gratuity and other additional costs for the yacht, crew, client and guests during the entire charter period.

A.P.A. is obligatory for all luxury yachts and it is usually ranged for 30% of the charter price. The Client will be advised by the captain, at intervals, as to the disbursement of the A.P.A and will, if the balance remaining becomes insufficient, in light of current expenditure, pay to the captain, a sufficient sum to maintain an adequate credit balance. Prior to disembarkation at the end of the charter period, the captain shall present to the Client a detailed account of expenditures with as many supporting receipts as possible, and the Client will pay to the captain the balance of the expenses or the captain will repay to the Client any balance overpaid, as the case may be.

Payment for special requirements or equipment and/or shore transport and/or excursions and/or all other expenses not customarily considered part of the Yacht's costs may be required to be paid to the captain on board in addition to the charter fee and/or A.P.A.

Andi Star is a 26m long gulet and with 5 cabins can accommodate up to 12 passengers. The ship was completely renovated in 2019 and has retained the classic look of its interior with a modern touch.

Her dimensions allow for a spacious look and feel throughout the vessel. The dining area is located at the back of the ship, with a huge table and massive chairs. The front of the gulet is covered in mats and a small table and here you can enjoy reading a book, drinking cocktails, practicing yoga and sunbathing.

Offered by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht Gulet Andi Star is a 85 ft power catamaran featuring a jetski. The main attractions of Gulet Andi Star are her impeccable styling and experienced crew. Gulet Andi Star spends the summer season in Croatia. She was constructed by a custom yachtbuilder in 2001. A comprehensive refit was finalized in 2019. The expansive yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.

Gulet Andi Star is presented primarily as a power catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is expansive, with a comfortable dining and seating area and that's where most of the meals are served. The modern cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). Andi Star is a true star of the sea. Her classic wooden hull, teak deck, and stunning interiors leave the guests in awe. She can accommodate up to 10 (+4) guests in 5 ensuite cabins. The 4 highly attentive crew members provide the guests with anything they might need ensuring a carefree vacation at sea. Even though she has a motor, she can also sail the Adriatic sea smoothly and gracefully. The exterior Beautiful teak floors and beige wooden furniture on the deck add a classy touch. The shaded outdoor dining table and a padded seating area are great entertaining spots for enjoying meals and cocktails at any hour of the day. The spacious aft deck provides several padded sun mattresses, where the guests can sunbathe or watch the stars at night. The interior The salon and ensuite cabins are equally beautifully decorated in wood and neutral tones. In case the guests prefer to dine inside, there's another dining table, a fully stocked bar, and a TV to keep them entertained.

CAPTAIN - MIJO The captain has been on the sea for the last 15 years, from being an officer on large cruise ships, where he has collected experience, to being the captain of the gulet yacht Andi Star. He has great knowledge about the Croatian coast, from its many hidden coves, lovely sightseeing spots, places to visit, and experiences so that you can be assured that you won’t miss a thing during your stay on the boat. CHEF - LUKA The man who will keep your face smiling and stomach full while you are on the boat. He has perfected his Mediterranean cuisine along with all kinds of other dishes depending on your wishes. He's a young but skilled and passionate chef, always experimenting with new ingredients and techniques. WAITER - TOMISLAV The good soul of Andi Star. He will make your stay on the boat as comfortable as it can get. He is the friendliest and most social person you will probably meet in Croatia; nothing is a problem for him, and he will always be at your disposal to make your vacation memorable. DECKHAND - VEDAD The boat is a reflection of him, and even though he is young, he has the soul and knowledge of an old sailor who knows every corner of the boat. Hardworking and detailed, together with the rest of our crew, he will be there to fulfill all of your wishes and needs.

Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
