I am booked on a short 3-night repositioning voyage in a couple of months time.

I am travelling solo in the Yacht Club and would appreciate advice as to which

staff members I should tip and what amount would be typical for each for such

a short time.

A decent rule of thumb I have learned from one other poster ("pirate" something ?) was $10 for breakfast/lunch waiter and $20 for dinner waiter. So bring a couple of bucks for drink butlers. Same for room steward, your discretion.

You really don't have to tip anyone.  That said, if there are crew members that you felt went above and beyond to make your trip pleasant, by all means feel free to give them a tip at the end of the cruise.  The amount is totally up to you.  They will appreciate any amount.

Now that advice represents the "tipping is for recognizing outstanding service" philosophy.  Some subscribe to an additional tipping philosophy - "tipping to receive better service". If you adopt that approach, which I do not, you can tip your service providers as service is rendered to hopefully encourage them to provide better service in the future.

How you choose to tip is a personal choice.  There's no right or wrong approach.

The Australians I know don´t tip, just like the Asians and Europeans do not tip. You can do whatever you want, nobody expects anything. And everybody is happy about your tip no matter how high or low. The nationalities you would insult by trying to tip them are not working on cruise ships  😄

First time in YC

We gave an extra $100 to our butler, he deserved double extra, he was so happy, $50 to the junior cabin stewart.

Dining room waitstaff changes as there is no set time, it’s hard to get to know them well with 1 experience.

Lots of bartenders, lounge bar staff go above and beyond at the pool deck and in the lounge.

I saw 3 upon disembarking and gave each $20.

It does no matter what other people do, this is what we did.

I was a waiter for 10 years, am now a delivery person for 25 and tips are not just extra money but show how your hard work is appreciated.

And my wife is a bigger tipper than me, she would have given more lol

Are daily tips charged to the room for the waiters, room steward, etc.?  We always give extra above those room charged tips.  We are planning our first MSC cruise soon so I am not sure how it works on this ship.  The butler was never charged as a daily charge to our room so we know what we are doing with that.

Everyone, including your butler are covered by the daily service charge that will appear on your room charges if you booked in the USA.

Additional tipping is always welcomed but never expected.

Thanks

How much is the automatic charge for butler?  Or is that just included in the total daily gratuity per day charge for YC?  We are in YC on Seashore next year, and I was wondering what the daily gratuity per day charge was.  We typically tip the cabin steward and wait staff (if we are at same table each night, and if they do a nice job) extra at end of cruise.  Never sailed MSC before.  We have been in Norwegian Haven few times, but dont recall what we tipped the butler.

Just like the Haven. Those that find no use for a butler do not bother with an added tip. We tipped at the end of the cruise $20 when he told those assembled in the Haven Bar he was not part of the mandatory gratuities and any renumeration would be greatly appreciated. On our first Yacht Club cruise we had the same 'noshow' butler, who did show on the final night of the cruise. Had to ask DW who he was when he came to the door that evening. Tipped him $20 for helping take the luggage out into the hallway. Had another butler in the Celebrity Retreat Edge Villa, butler came to cabin saw DW's 12 suitcases  and did not offer to lug it up to the Master Bedroom where all the closets are located. He also was AWOL the rest of the cruise. He wasn't even worth $20. Our next cruise we had a butler on the Seaside who blew us away with service, Vishnu D. He has since left MSC is now a butler on Regent Grandeur. (That's another story). Vishnu would not let us go outside the confines of the Yacht Club without his escort. He reserved us tables at every YC event. Reserved us a table at Ocean House. He went above and beyond any butler we have ever experienced. Tipped him $400. Had another like Vishnu named JoEl, $400.We have had others of varying degrees in the Yacht Club since and have tipped those $200-$250 when compared to Vishnu and JoEl. Our last butler in the YC was again worth every cent of $400 for a week of superb service making last months cruise on the Seascape one our best cruises ever.

I consider tips the same way that I used to evaluate giving raises in my business life (I'm retired now). There is always a "pool" of money at the beginning, not an unlimited supply to be given out. I start with a list of the team and then I rank the team members starting with who exceeded expectations the most, the ones who mostly exceeded expectations, who simply met expectations and who did not meet expectations at all. Then start assigning amounts to each group. If you have more left at the end, increase some. If you are short, decrease some. You need to work within your budget, but the percentage given to each is key -- and usually the toughest part to figure out.

2020 cruise on the Meraviglia and 2024 cruise on the Seascape we tipped our butlers $200.  Both wereK and took good care of us.  They both seemed a little too reserved (introverted). On our 2022 Meraviglia, Leslie was our butler.    I truly believe he was psychic.  He correctly anticipated our wants/needs/desires almost before we did.  When we didn't need him, he was invisible.  When we needed something he was like a genie popping out of a lamp, or lie Radar O'Reilly from MASH. He was "politely" assertive when the situation warranted same.  We tipped him $400 and to this day, I think we undertipped him.

We tip only at the end, based on experiences during the week.

Proabably $100 for the butler, and 50 to 70 for the assistant butler.

We’ve tipped $30 or so for exceptional service from others, be they butlers (not ours), waiters we had regularly, servers form the pool/YC lounge, and $20-30 to several bar tenders and the often terrific pool guys. Also tipped the Maitre D’ from $50 to 75 but this was an exceptional guy. On other trips we have not tipped the MD.

Haing said that, we are fairly big tippers, so evaluate the above in that perspective.

We have never felt that a tip was expected and certainly not that the possibility of a tip changed the service level. Staff know that Europeans are generally not tippers and treat every one the same.  So just leaving the auto tips in place and nothing more is certainly fine as well.  And of course treating the staff with kindness and patience when they are busy.

Does anyone know what MSC takes out as the automatic tip? What gets charged on your account, per person, on a daily basis? Specifically for yacht club? And does anyone know what it covers? Wait staff, and room Stewart I assume? Does that include something for the butler or concierge?

$112 pp/week  .. 1413 crew  = 8 cents per crew member which goes to paying their contracted salaries. If passengers remove their gratuities the cruise line is obligated to make up the difference to reach the minimum contractual salary.

Probably only on US sailings, otherwise MSC would not find butlers for the ships in other parts of the world.

Which is why MSC made it impossible to remove the gratuities for (almost) all Non-US-Pax. They know exactly the risk of removal for all nationalities 😉

Last time I booked I had to pay the gratuities with the deposit already. An on my travel documents they state the Hotel Service Charge as "Cancelled Items", which sounds like I cancelled it. I know it is just that I will not get charged double, but it sounds strange 😄

Only Americans want to tip for everything.  It's included in your service charge.  At the end of the cruise you can tip extra your butlers and waiters.

As I understand it, the MSC contract provides for their salary in full and in addition a guaranteed sum which reflects their anticipated minimum share of the daily service charge. This allows the crew to plan what they are sending home and removes the fear of being impacted by passengers removing the charges during the cruise.

Then as long as the service charges collected exceed the expected minimum they get an additional bonus, if it falls short then MSC cover the difference.

This always seemed like a fair solution and gives the crew some stability when they have a large percentage of guests from markets that allow the removal of the 'gratuities' during a cruise...

As we are all lead to believe. BUT these cruise lines are not subject to oversight from any significant source. That is why they are foreign flagged. Here is a posting from a former crew member.  The last statement is the 'kicker'  ..."IF".

Ex-crew here, although I wasn't part of the crew who received gratuities.

The simple explanation is that most of the service crew are guaranteed a certain wage per month, partially paid for by the cruise line and partially via gratuities, and if the amount of gratuities received during the cruise aren't enough to reach that guaranteed amount, the cruise will make up the shortfall. My understanding is that the maths is done so that if everyone on board the ship sailing at it's usual sailing capacity leaves their gratuities turned on, the amount in the pool will be enough to cover that wage for everyone. In the event people do overpay, it does indeed mean the crew get paid more-  IF the cruise line doesn't take a cut or reduce their contribution, the crew's pay does increase."

Interesting that Morpheus, as a Brit when we holiday in the US I always find the whole tipping thing a bit stressful, who should I or shouldn't I tip, how much etc. I would say in the past I have always tipped Restaurant and Bar servers, hotel porters and taxi drivers, I'm always thankful when the bill comes and it has the suggested gratuities on, makes my life easier.

Off topic a bit, but I do find the percentage of the bill thing a bit odd for the tip amount. For example say a party of 4 who have all had a steak and a couple of bottles of wine between them compared to a party of 4 who all had a happy hour bowl of pasta each and a coke. The steak table would be paying a much heftier tip for the same level of service.

We seldom go out for dinner, lunch, or breakfast anymore since covid. We do all our dining on board ships at a table for two, preferably in a corner. But when we did go out and about we just tipped the suggested amount in cash rounded up to an even dollar amount, usually 20% of the tab.  On board ships we wait til the end of the last dinner meal. On the Regent Grandeur I made the mistake of tipping our waiter when he took our last meal order and for dessert he failed to look for my DW's small chocolate chip cookies as he usually did.

Many times for breakfast our usual assigned dinner waiter pulls duty at the One Pool deck and we get a different waiter every morning so I tip these guys $10 for breakfast and again $10 for lunch. We stopped by, a few years ago, one of the Dine any time Aurea restaurant for a piece of Grandma's chocolate cake which wasn't offered at the time in YC. I tipped the waiter $5 and he kept coming back to our table every 2 minutes to see if we wanted another dessert or drink. I am surprised how little it really takes to get superior service on these ships. Sure, one does not have to tip anything and most do not, which makes it easier for those that do tip. And there are those that love to brag how they get the same service we get with not tipping. But do they really? I have never posted everything because these  sine nobilitate will go running to complain.

I should really hate if that happened and I should regret tipping. I think that it's superannoying when they come to our table every 2 minutes to see if everything is okay! If something is wrong or I want something more I let them know!

For me that is NOT good service.

MSC Gratuities (Tips/Service Charge): Full Guide to Cost & How They Work

Sailing MSC and wondering about the service charges — also known as gratuities — that you will see? Almost no matter which cruise line you sail, these daily charges are a part of life.

And the cost can be significant. In general, cruise lines charge between $14-$16 per person, per day for the gratuity charges. That can add up to hundreds of dollars for a couple on a weeklong cruise.

Of course, with those sorts of dollar amounts, you might have some questions about what this money is for, where it goes, and how the entire process works.

In This Article...

What are service charges (gratuities)?

Daily gratuity charges come in a lot of different names. Sometimes they are called tips. Some lines call them crew appreciation. MSC called them service charges.

These all mean the same thing — a charge per person, per day that is to provide compensation to the passenger-facing crew like your room steward and the dining staff.

In the past (decades ago), the crew relied on the generosity of passengers to provide a tip. Today, the process is automated to where nearly everyone on the ship is charged the same rate.

How much are service charges on MSC?

MSC has several different gratuity rates that depend where the cruise occurs. For those sailing in The Bahamas/Caribbean, South America, or Asia , you’ll see the following rates:

  • Adults (>12 and up): $14.50 per night
  • Children (2-12): $7.25 per night
  • No service charges for kids under 2 years old

For those sailing in the Mediterranean, Europe, Middle East or Southern Caribbean , the rates are slightly different and priced in euros:

  • Adults (>12 and up): 12 euros per night
  • Children (2-12): 6 euros per night

So say that you’re a couple taking a 7-day cruise. In this case, you’ll each pay $14.50 per night, for a total of $203 over the course of the trip.

How do I pay the MSC service charges?

You have a couple of options for how you can pay these charges.

First, you can choose to pre-pay. In this case, the daily service charge is added into the price of the cruise. When doing this, the charge is already taken care of before you board meaning it’s one less thing to worry about. On the other hand, it also means giving the cruise line more money before you technically have to pay it.

The second way to pay the gratuity charges is to simply wait until you are on the ship. They will be added to your onboard account during the trip. You will then pay with the payment method on file at the end of the cruise as you would with any other onboard spending.

For more on whether or not to pre-pay gratuities, see our article here .

Can I change the amount charged?

In general, no you cannot change the gratuity amount charged. MSC says on their website that “ the Hotel Service charge serves to ensure we maintain the highest quality standards of service to our guests. The daily amounts below have been calculated with this in mind and cannot be modified.”

So if you simply don’t agree with the service charge amount, you can’t adjust it. But what if you receive particularly bad service? In that case, there is some recourse.

The cruise line says “should you wish to remove any of the daily Hotel Service Charge in the unlikely event that you do not receive satisfactory service, you may do so by contacting the Guest Relations Manager onboard.”

Can I tip more if I want? Or tip a specific person?

Many people during the cruise find a particular bartender they love or really appreciate their room steward. So if there’s someone that you want to thank on the cruise, can you tip more?

Most cruise lines encourage this, but MSC specifically says it “does not recommend tipping individual members of staff.” Even so, there is a difference between “not recommending” something and banning it. If you decide you want to slip some extra cash to a crew member, it will likely be appreciated.

Which staff is covered by the MSC service charge?

It’s not specifically laid out exactly how the service charge is applied to the crew. While cruise lines normally are tight-lipped about how exactly the charges break down to the crew members, they do normally lay out in general terms who gets the money.

MSC speaks in even more vague terms about where the money goes:

“During your cruise you will meet staff throughout the ship who provide you with excellent service. They are supported by just as many staff and crew who work hard behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy every moment onboard.

“For your convenience, MSC Cruises will automatically add a daily Hotel Service Charge to your shipboard account, based on your chosen itinerary and the number of days for which the services are actually provided.

“The Hotel Service charge serves to ensure we maintain the highest quality standards of service to our guests. “

Does the service charge cover all the tipping around the ship?

For the most part, MSC’s gratuity charge covers all the tipping you need to do on the ship. So if you go eat in the main dining room, you simply leave when you’re done with the meal. There’s no need to leave a tip.

One area that is not covered is the bar. If you purchase a drink on the ship (assuming you don’t have the drink package) then there is a 18% bar service charge added on automatically for North American cruises and 15% for other trips.

Notably, MSC makes no mention of extra gratuity charges for spa and specialty restaurants, two areas that normally see additional gratuity tacked on for other cruise lines.

What else should I know about MSC’s service charges?

One thing that we think should be pointed out is that when it comes to cruise gratuities, MSC is actually on the low end. For instance, Carnival Cruise Line charges $16 per person , per day as of April 2023. Royal Caribbean also charges $16 per person , per day for most cabins.

There is also no upcharge on the gratuity amount if staying in a suite (these cabins typically see higher gratuity charges on other lines), and there is the lower daily charge for kids 12 and under.

In other words, while no one likes to see extra charges on their cruise, MSC offers one of the best values when it comes to these fees.

In Europe they do pay. It is added to cruise fare automatically so is paid by all and cannot be removed.

So sad..to read such misinfirmed and inaccurate comments…. in which good crew members are gipped out of tips…because a passenger does not understand how it works. Tops or DAILY GRATS…are split with ALL crew…ones you do not see ( laundry, pool deck, etc). Pay your daiky grats. If you’re not happy with something go to guest services and they should correct whatever crew member is not providing you the proper service

This may be accurate for some lines and not others. The one I worked for had tipped positions who received the gratuities (some directly such as waiter and asst waiter and others in pools (bartenders except for add’l tip added by the guest at time of purchase). The back of house didn’t share in the tips at all. And technically if you handed a non-tipped position cash, they were to turn it into their manager to enhance “crew welfare” events of that particular team.

Hello fellow & future cruisers! I absolutely adore cruising 🛳! It’s my favorite way to travel. I’ve only been on 8, soon to be 9.

I learned on my first cruise with Carnival that once you board, it’s best to go straight to the service desk & kindly say “Hello. I’d like to remove the tipping fees from my account.” Without hesitation or question, the Carnival staff immediately is understanding. They look at the computer screen & simply remove the fees. #1 This frees up literally hundreds of $$$$ off of ur c.c. #2 You get to decide who to tip directly, who deserves a lot, a little or nothing. #3 These hard working people should get the tips THEY deserve. One of our waiters once told me, that the servers make about $1.18 average. It was heart breaking.

I bought the drink package & found a bar in the atrium I liked. There was a fantastic bartender that I was so sweet. The first night I gave her $20. She cried & told me that would help her family so much. I got great service from her for the rest of the cruise & have a kind hearted story that touched both her & my soul. ❤️

I’ve had one of the room cleaners that never cleaned anything! By the 7th night, we had at least 10 dirty glasses. There would’ve been more but we kept sending them out with room service. Oh, we tipped our room service people a few bucks each time they came. That put a pep in their step whenever they came over! At the end of our cruise, everyone in our area was talking about how dirty their rooms were. We honestly explained to our room cleaner why we weren’t tipping him. He never changed our sheets or gave us the cute towel animals. We could’ve complained, but eh… I didn’t want negative energy. However I tip accordingly. Maybe next time he’ll do his job.

I hope you all have a fantastic vacation! No matter where u go! Thanks for reading! Much Love, Lynae Thomas

I am on MSC Preziosa at the moment. I did not go to the dining room at all, because they gave me the second seating instead of the first seating, which is too late for me. (I bought the lower class ‘Bella’, so just too bad, I got what they had left!). I asked for my Hotel Service Charges to be paid to the Buffet staff instead of the Dining Room staff. They refused. They said the gratuities is for everyone including the Engine Cleaners! So, actually when they say ‘Hotel Service Charge’ they really mean paying your part of the ‘MSC Pay roll’. Or they could just call it ‘Extra Cruise Fare’. Which is amazing is that Europeans do not have to pay for those extra charges on the European cruise where I am right now. It is mandatory only for the people that have bought their cruise from MSC Cruises USA. Why? I have no idea!!!

Hi I read on the site If booked before November 2022 With msc line There wasn’t a hotel charge is that correct

This has been very helpful! Thank you for all this information. Please if anyone can answer two questions from first-time cruisers: 1) We bought our tickets through a 3rd party…is that the CC MSC will charge our gratuities to at the end of the trip, or will we have a chance to provide them a different CC while onboard? 2) Does buying any of the drinks package cover ALL the gratuities of the total trip ($14.5/day/person), or only the gratuities of the drinks bought?

MSC uses a system where you add the card once you are on the ship (there are kiosks you visit). So you can use whichever card you want once onboard.

The drink package only covers gratuities of the drinks bought.

thank you for the reply. Greatly appreciated. Much to learn bout cruising:)

Great informative post. Thank you. Myself and my husband don’t drink so we plan to not have a drink package. Will we still pay this 18% for a soft drink from the bar. (Pepsi, Coke or a juice etc)? Just curious as we have a Northern Europe trip planned next Spring with MSC

Yes, that charge should be there. However, the amount will be 15% for that region, not 18%.

From MSC’s website:

“Onboard bar purchases will incur a gratuities, automatically added to all purchases: 15% gratuities on European, Emirates, South Caribbean, Red Sea, South America (Brazil and Argentine) and Far East itineraries, and 18% gratuity on North America itineraries.”

Everything you Need to Know about the MSC Yacht Club

We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. Read my full disclosure  here .

MSC is the largest cruise company in Europe, and other parts of the world, and in the last 5 years, this cruise line has been trying to break into the North American market. MSC offers gorgeous ships, exotic itineraries at a fantastic price for all guests, but they also have perfected the ship within a ship experience with their yacht club. This is mass market cruising at its absolute best, and I’m excited to introduce you to MSC’s yacht club.

MSC Yacht Club

MSC offers a variety of rooms that include the yacht club experience- from interior cabins to royal suites, these rooms come with incredible perks that will elevate your cruise vacation.

I recently sailed on the MSC Grandiosa, in a duplex whirlpool yacht club suite. We sailed in the Mediterranean out of Barcelona, which was just incredible! I loved the yacht club and am excited to share more with you.

Harmony Skillman, Your MSC Yacht Club Travel Agent

Where are the MSC Yacht Club rooms located?

The MSC yacht club does require key card access- although not all yacht club rooms are behind the yacht club doors.

On the MSC Grandiosa, our duplex suite was located on deck 12, among the regular rooms. But most of the yacht club rooms are located within the private yacht club area, which on our ship was on decks 15 – 19.

One of the nice things about the MSC yacht club, is that interior cabins are offered- this is a great way to experience the MSC yacht club, at a lower price point.

MSC Yacht Club Interior Room

For families, I love the larger yacht club suites that can accommodate 4 guests. The duplex suite we had was amazing. Over 600 square feet, which is larger than two balcony rooms and for what it’s worth, I paid less for this yacht club experience than two Central Park view cabins on the Icon of the Seas .

We also had two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and balcony whirlpool tub.

What does MSC Yacht Club Include?

Besides having the amazing suites, what else is included with your MSC yacht club stay?

MSC Yacht club guests have a dedicated butler to assist with everything you need. When it’s time to get on or off the ship, they escort you, and you skip all lines.

MSC Yacht Club Butler

Room service and pizza delivery are included, and your butler brings everything to your room.

There is also nightly turn down service, and robes/slippers provided in your cabin.

When you book into the MSC yacht club, the drink package is included for all guests, as well as browse WIFI for two devices per guest. That’s an amazing value!

Yacht club guests (age 18+) have unlimited access to the hydrotherapy circuit at the Aurea spa. Hubby and I loved indulging in this!

On the ship, MSC Yacht club guests have a dedicated pool and sun deck, with a small buffet open for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. At the Yacht Club pool, there is a bar and pool side drink service as well.

MSC Yacht Club Pool on the MSC Seascape

For dining, no stress – MSC Yacht club guests have a dedicated ala carte restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food here was great, as was the service.

MSC Yacht Club Restaurant

Lastly, the MSC Topsail lounge is a great spot to grab a snack, drink, and listen to music each evening. They always have a small buffet of treats, continental breakfast, or appetizers available.

MSC Yacht Club topsail lounge

Not having to deal with crowds, and top service is what the MSC yacht club experience is all about! And I have to say, compared to the price of similar experiences like the Haven on Norwegian Cruise Line , suites on Royal Caribbean , or the Retreat on Celebrity Cruise Line you CANNOT beat the price point of the MSC Yacht Club.

Planning a cruise is tough! I know all the cruise lines and can help you plan to perfect sailing.

MSC Yacht Club Tips

You will want for nothing as an MSC yacht club guest, but here are some tips to maximize your time on board.

Visit the Topsail lounge on deck 16, for snacks, a great bar, and piano player/singer in the evening.

On Deck 16 you will find the concierge. They are amazing and can help with anything. I used them to exchange my large bills into smaller ones, to call for the butler, confirm excursions, and they assisted with an issue my kids’ had with their shipboard account. No waiting in lines at customer service!

The MSC Yacht Club restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I did find the operating hours are a little limited and do vary by day, so be sure to check the app or the newsletter they put in your room each evening.

MSC Yacht Club Pool Deck on the MSC Grandiosa

BUY MY SHIRT , SUNGLASSES

You meet in the yacht club for excursions and shows. The butlers then escort you and you skip all lines.

Before the cruise, you will receive an email to pre-order one bottle of alcohol, make your pillow, and newspaper selection.

Check out high tea offered each day at 4pm.

You will have a Coffee maker in the room, and a mini bar with water, soda, juice and beer. This will be restocked daily. But note, the food in mini bar does come with a small charge.

MSC Yacht Club guests do have the browse WIFI package for two devices included. If you upgrade to the stream package, have to do it for both devices, otherwise a device drops off your package. Also with MSC, you CANNOT toggle between devices (unlike on Holland America or Norwegian Cruise Line ). Once you sign into one device, that’s it.

You do tip your butler at the end of your cruise. Some guests will tip the MSC yacht club bartenders and concierges.

Get the fun pass for your kids. This is an MSC general tip, but it’s a great value. You get about $140.00 of value for $70.00 ( Exact a mounts may vary ).

MSC Yacht Club guests can order breakfast the night before. Fill out the order sheet and put the card on your door before 2AM.

They give you lots of water, which I so appreciated.

If you book an excursion through the ship, they don’t tell you excursion times until the night before. The butler will leave your tickets in your stateroom.

One night, we didn’t have reservations to the show (it was sold out) but they told us to meet in lounge 15 minutes before the start and they take you. There is a dedicated part of the theater for yacht club guests and we had no problem getting seats. This was for the complimentary theater shows.

If you are leaving the ship for a non-yacht club excursion, the butler will still assist with walking you off the ship. Our butler even took us all the way out to help get us in a taxi.

Is an MSC Yacht Club Upgrade Worth It?

Now that we’ve had a chance to experience the MSC Yacht Club, I don’t think I can go back to regular cruising! Upgrading to yacht club is 100% worth it. It’s really a great experience and you will not be disappointed in anything. Of course its always best to book your cruise with a travel agent . There are so many great ships and cruise lines and I can assist you with finding your perfect cruise. Your next sailing is a just a click away .

50+ Club

36 minutes ago, brovol said: We have been in Norwegian Haven few times, but dont recall what we tipped the butler.

Appears you beat us Americans at our own game in two categories.

As we are all lead to believe. BUT these cruise lines are not subject to oversight from any significant source. That is why they are foreign flagged. Here is a posting from a former crew member.  The last statement is the 'kicker'  ..."IF".

·11 mo. ago

3 hours ago, morpheusofthesea said: Appears you beat us Americans at our own game in two categories.

As an American, I never got that either........
