Her high-volume Michael Leach designed interior successfully combines elegant style with a well-balanced layout that offers a range of guest living areas to accommodate all manner of occasions. Large windows throughout allow for spectacular views and an abundance of natural light that highlights the range of beautiful woods, fine furnishings and sumptuous fabrics on board.

AZTECA sleeps up to 12 guests in six en suite staterooms including a full-beam main deck master suite, a full-beam VIP stateroom and a further two doubles and two twins, ideal for large families. Her outdoor areas are perfectly equipped for relaxation and entertainment while at sea, in particular the large sundeck that plays host to ample sunpads, a Jacuzzi, covered seating area and sun loungers.

Elsewhere on deck, guests can enjoy a number of al fresco dining options in addition to a bathing platform that provides easy access to her armada of toys and tenders to include a 10.3m Bimax tender, Seadoo’s, Waverunners and a jet ski.

• AZTECA accommodates 12 guests in 6 elegant staterooms. The huge, full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck is completely customized with a luxurious en suite bath. In addition to the owner’s suite, AZTECA has one full-beam VIP suite and four guest cabins located on the lower deck 1 x Master Cabin (king bed) 1 x VIP Cabin (king bed) 2 x Queen Cabins (queen bed) 2 x Twins (two separate twin beds in each cabin). The Sundeck, Upper Deck and Main Deck are fitted with day heads for guest use.
• This space has a huge sun bathing area, a shaded area, plus a six person Jacuzzi.
• On the bridge deck we have the Wheelhouse, Captain's Cabin, another lobby, and the main guest area. This includes a TV Saloon with a poker table and a very large Al Fresco Area with a bar and a twelve seat mahogany table.
• The full beam Owner's suite includes a fully equipped owner’s office and en suite. Moving out of the master suite we find the main lobby followed by the Main salon with two areas, the dining table and a large TV lounge. The fwd area is used to house the Air conditioning room, aft of this are two double crew cabins for the Engineer and 1st mate.

Launched in 2005, AZTECA presents in pristine condition thanks to a meticulous maintenance schedule and a 2023 refit.

At 49.7 metres, this luxury superyacht squeezes a wide selection of amenities into her spacious interior volume of 497 GT—including space for 12 guests and a crew of 12.

Exterior Design & Engineering

During her 2023 refit, AZTECA was given a full paint job, her engine room underwent a major refit, she got 4-fin stabilisers, her A/C units were replaced, and her teak was resurfaced.

The AZTECA yacht was designed inside and out by Michael Leach. Her welded-steel hull encloses a few outdoor areas that are perfectly equipped for relaxation and entertainment at sea.

She’s powered by two 2,250 hp Caterpillar engines to reach a cruising speed of 16 knots. If you cruise at a more economical speed of 12 knots, AZTECA has a range of 5,400 nautical miles.

One highlight is her large sun deck. You can head aft to sit in the Jacuzzi, flop out on one of the sun pads that surround it, or recline on the loungers. When you’re ready to cool down, you can move forward to grab a refreshment in the shade or head down to the upper deck aft for another covered seating and dining area.

AZTECA is equipped with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers for extra comfort.

The layout of the AZTECA motor yacht is well-balanced, with plenty of space to relax and socialise. The upper salon is a more intimate space, with a small round table that’s ideal for playing games and a large screen for movie nights.

The main salon offers a ring of sofas and seats, with a formal dining table that seats 12 amidships. The rest of the deck is dedicated to the full-beam owner’s suite that comes with an office and a large ensuite.

The rest of the party will sleep on the lower deck, comprising a full-beam VIP with a large his and hers ensuite bathroom and tub, two doubles and two twins.

Interior Design

The interior of the AZTECA yacht is a classic combination of cream carpets and furnishings with beautiful wood panelling and navy accents. Sliding glass doors connect the upper salon to the al fresco dining area and aft seating, helping to illuminate the room with natural light.

Toys & Tenders

The AZTECA yacht for sale includes a 10.3-metre Bimax tender, a Novurania Equator with an inboard Mercruiser turbo diesel engine, and an Arimar rescue tender. It’s easy to get in and out of the tenders, thanks to her generous bathing platform.

She’s also sold with two Seadoo RXT waverunners and one Kawasaki Jetski. You can store her tenders and toys in the dedicated space on the top deck forward.

Superyacht ‘Azteca II’ Open for Charter Adventures in Mexico

The 50m/163ft motor yacht ‘Azteca II’ has availability this summer for charters along the captivating west coast of Mexico .

A 2005-build from Nereids Yachts, Azteca II is based this summer in Cabo San Lucas, on the tip of Mexico’s California peninsula. Combining luxe deck spaces with an elegant interior and state-of-the-art amenities, she offers a rare opportunity to discover the captivating country in the upmost style.

The western coast of Mexico incorporates the Baja Peninsula as well as the Sea of Cortez, where fascinating desert landscapes of soaring red cliffs and giant cactuses roll into verdant jungles and beautiful beaches.

Wildlife life abounds in this region too as do ancient Mayan ruins, colonial towns and hedonistic beach resorts. Indeed, there is something to suit everybody in Mexico and all the sights can be experienced from the comfort of luxury yacht Azteca II.

Take a soak in the sundeck Jacuzzi before drying off on the surrounding sun pads or the selection of chaise loungers. Small seating areas are available here too, offering the chance to sit back and relax with a refreshing cocktail or take some time out with a good book.  

Delicious meals can be enjoyed in the spacious alfresco dining area on the bridge deck aft, while the swim platform provides easy access into the azure waters of Central America , teaming with colourful marine life and perfect for trying out the motor yacht ’s collection of water toys.

Inside, the elegant main salon offsets rich wooden wall panels with neutral coloured furnishings in luxurious fabrics. A baby grand piano and lounge is adjoined by an exquisite dining table capable of hosting dinner parties for up to 10 people.

For a more casual environment on your yacht charter , head to the beach house-style skylounge where a vast expanse of windows illuminate the light-coloured wooden flooring and cabinetry, and two large navy blue sofas create the perfect setup for relaxing evenings spent with close friends and family.
