We don’t just do boat rentals, we offer private charters are also available for up to 42 passengers, and are available anytime, for any occasion including burials at sea.  Private charters are a great way to get out on the water, enjoy the scenery and relax with friends. We cruise the calm waters of Ventura Harbor and the Ventura Keys aboard one of our Dreamer vessels. Cruises depart from Ventura Harbor Village.

Welcome Aboard The BOATel on the Water!

Life on the water.

We call it a "Boatel" because it is like a large RV on the Water but we are not your typical stay. The Boatels are all about the experience of being on a boat in the beautiful Ventura Harbor. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock.  You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness!   It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village and also to some of California's best beaches.

Ventura Harbor Village

Rent one or both of our very comfortable, classic 1969 yachts with room galore. Sit back on your deck (fantail), enjoy the view of the Harbor at night while listening to some Jimmy Buffet floating through the air, while sipping a beverage. Have coffee on deck and watch the sun rise over the harbor. There are 12 dining establishments, live music, shops, and a Comedy Club for your enjoyment directly up the ramp from the Boatels! Kayak, SUP'S, Electric Boats, and Paddle Boat rentals, are also steps away. Year round events make Ventura Harbor a treat you are sure to remember. 

Rates aboard our Romantic or family theme boats start at $170-$250 per couple per night + cleaning,  additional charges apply for extra people. Ask about our Specials and Packages that can include a Delicious Brunch Delivered to your Boatels, Comedy Show Tickets, and other Amenities.

It's Always A Special Occasion Here

Additionally, BOATel is a great way to spend a birthday, special occasion, family camp-out, or just a unique experience on a boat in the harbor. Book two or more boats at the same time over several days and you will receive a fantastic deal. You can be the Commander of your Own Fleet!  A great way to spend your honeymoon,  anniversary, or a family reunion! 

Accommodations

Both of our Boatels are very spacious and comfortable. Ventura Boatel has a  queen stateroom with private bathroom,  2 forward bunks, and a futon bed in the main cabin for a family or group up to 6. Boatel California has a Queen size Stateroom with an additional Twin bed and private bathroom, a Convertible full size bed in the main cabin, and the 2 forward bunks for a family or group of up to 6. Both Boatels have a spacious salon/living room with a T.V. with Netflix and Amazon Prime, High Speed Internet/Wifi, antenna channels, DVD player with lots of DVDs and CD/radio. The Galley has a full size refrigerator and Keurig Coffee maker (coffee included), microwave, electric skillet, crock pot, hot water heater for tea/cocoa, other small appliances and all of your wine glasses, plates, etc. Both Boatels also feature a spacious back deck (fantail) and bow to enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of the Ventura Harbor.

The Raptor is an impressive 46 feet long with a generous 16-foot beam; It boasts a spacious upper deck with seating, an enclosed main cabin for cooler days at Anacapa, and a satellite sound system for added ambiance. Cruising at just over 17 knots, The Raptor swiftly transports you to the breathtaking Channel Islands in about an hour! The aft deck and swim step are adorned with oversized rails, ensuring a seamless transition to the water's edge for an incredible diving experience.

Safety is paramount aboard The Raptor, which is equipped with an electronic diver-recall system and a DAN (Diver's Alert Network) approved oxygen system. Pre-departure briefings and roll calls at the dock and post-dive reassure you that your well-being is a top priority.

Say goodbye to the hassle of hauling SCUBA tanks, as The Raptor comes fully prepared with tanks of your choice – steel 85s (15-litre) or steel HP 72s (10-litre) for smaller divers. For added convenience, any additional rental equipment is readily available at Ventura Dive and Sport, steps away from the boat at the top of the gangway.
