DREAMBOAT Yacht – Impeccable $180 Million Superyacht

DreAMBoat yacht is a 90 meters (295 feet) long gem. She was built in the Netherlands by Oceanco, one of the world’s best ship makers.

It was launched in 2019. Beautiful: This vessel can hold 23 guests in 11 luxury cabins and 33 crew members in 16 cabins.

To make sure that the inside of the DreAMBoat was exactly what the owner wanted, Terence Disdale was chosen to design and build the custom interior.

There are bright and airy elements inside that match the ship’s overall style. This is how the inside of this yacht is decorated.

The inside of the piece is made very well and polished in a very high-quality way across the whole yacht.

To add visual interest, suede and exotic wood were added to the upholstery. Light cream fabrics and leather are used for the rest of the furniture.

Among the yacht are some fantastic cabins and VIP suites on the top deck.

DreAMBoat is air-conditioned in every room. She has a 6m x 3.1m swimming pool on the main deck and a separate spa pool on the sun deck.

It was the job of Espen Oeino to make DreAMBoat look ‘understated and timeless.’ He was able to achieve what he set out to do.

An aluminum superstructure and a steel hull make up a superstructure that is known for its unique chamfers and knuckle lines.

There is a main swimming pool on the main deck. The main deck has two outdoor levels that are only for the use of the owners, a private owners deck, an upper deck dining room, and a sundeck with a Jacuzzi.

The DreAMBoat yacht has a total length of 90 meters (295 feet) and a beam of 14.2 meters (46.7 ft) She has a weight of 2950 tonnes.

She cruises at speeds of 15 knots and can reach a top speed of 20 knots.

Twin MTU diesel engines give her a long-range and a top speed of about 15 knots, the company says.

Currently, it’s estimated that the DreAMBoat yacht’s annual running costs are around $16 million.

Channel 2 Sports Director Zach Klein sat down with Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank on Wednesday to talk about Super Bowl LIII.

ATLANTA — It looks like Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank just made a pretty big purchase.

According to multiple reports, the 76-year-old spent $180 million on a massive 295-foot yacht.

The ship is called DreAMBoat (Blank’s initials are AMB) and was constructed by Oceanco.

According to a video posted to YouTube, the boat has a large swimming pool and the owners’ desk has a private hot tub.

There are 11 sleeping cabins – enough to house 23 guests and 33 crew members.

According to Oceanco, the DreAMBoat is on track for delivery before summer.

Oceanco’s new 90m/295ft dreamboat has been successfully delivered to her owners

Oceanco’s 90-meter motor yacht DreAMBoat is exactly what the name implies—the Owner’s dream yacht. The Owner stepped into the project at precisely the right time. With hull and superstructure already completed, he was able to save build and engineering time and still make the yacht his own. Oceanco began the yacht for a future client interested in the Oceanco pedigree and inherent ability to build an innovative yacht combined with the novelty of a first-time collaboration between two of the most renowned yacht designers in the superyacht world— Espen Øino International for the exterior and Terence Disdale Design for the interior.

The Owner was taken with the classic elegant and engaging exterior lines that would sustain a timeless appeal and found that the interior layout was perfectly suited to his intended use. The generous overhangs from the superstructure and cutouts in the bulwarks lend a traditional yet strong appearance. DreAMBoat boasts a full carbon canopy mast house and mast, which forms an integral part of the overall design.

“At the outset the exterior design was intended to be understated and timeless,” says exterior designer Espen Øino, “working closely with Oceanco all the primary surfaces and details were created keeping this in mind. The result is one I think we all can identify with. At the launch she came out of the facilities looking strong and proud with a lot of presence. The exterior deck areas flow seamlessly into the interior spaces maintaining continuity and consistency. The external decks offer a variety of living spaces and experiences with the sun deck probably being the biggest in its class with ample space for entertainment and lounging both in the shade and in the sun. The fixed and loose furniture as well as the upholstery and cushions all provide an inviting and harmonious ensemble which complement the external design of the yacht very well.”

At 2950GT, the volume allows for luxurious accommodation for up to 23 guests and a well-thought-out crew’s quarters for a maximum of 33 crewmembers. The design emphasis is on large windows that flood the interior with daylight and offer unspoiled views from the inside out. Outside spaces feature a large swimming pool 6m long X 3.1m wide X 1.44m deep on the main aft deck; an enormous partially enclosed sundeck; an area where the Owner and his family will most spend their time with Jacuzzi and copious options for seating/ entertaining with an outdoor open cinema. There is also a private jacuzzi on the Owner’s deck, a spa on the bridge deck aft with a custom-built hydro/massage bath and a large selection of water toys including a custom-built dive board. DreAMBoat has been built in harmony to accommodate family life.

Terence Disdale has created an interior that incorporates bespoke surfaces, natural wood, limestone floors, semi-precious stone vanities, parchment, leather and mother of pearl. The effect is elegant without being overdone.

“Following our successful collaboration with Oceanco designing the interior of Sunrays we were asked to become involved with DreAMBoat, says Terence Disdale of Terence Disdale Design. “The layout was construed along with my good friend Espen, who is responsible for the naval architecture and exterior design. Our interior design features many exotic finishes creating an harmonious and calm environment including surprise details to entertain the eye.” Disdale adds, “We always strive to avoid the “big wow” factor that soon becomes boring. We believe that DreAMBoat with her quietly sophisticated interior is indeed a future classic.”

Dan Jackson, the Owner’s representative remarked: “From the first time the Owner saw the boat, still in pink faring compound in the outfitting facility and met all involved in the project, he knew that the combination of Espen’s timeless exterior, Terence Disdale’s elegant and calming interior and Oceanco’s ability to deliver the boat on time and to the quality he required, was just right for him. So, after some minor enhancements made to suit him and his family, we got right into it and here we are, 18 months later, proud to be delivering him his DreAMBoat”.

The Owner is looking forward to a summer season of cruising with family—his children and grandchildren— as well as with friends. The large saloons, multiple dining areas, along with intimate lounging settings offer myriad possibilities for large and small groups to congregate making DreAMBoat ideal for a multigenerational group. A large variety of toys, tenders and audio/video appliances appeal to all ages.

DreAMBoat is an example of proven reliable technology, combined with state- of-the- art AV/IT infrastructure, including a complex IP ship’s computer operating system. She has been designed for efficiency on many fronts such as the installation of a heat recovery system for potable water. Moreover, she has achieved the ECO-IHM (inventory of hazardous materials) notation. This notation demonstrates an overall commitment to operating the vessel on an environmentally sound basis beyond statutory compliance.

The 90m/295'3" motor yacht 'DreAMBoat' was built by Oceanco in the Netherlands at their Alblasserdam shipyard. Her interior is styled by English designer design house Terence Disdale and she was delivered to her owner in June 2019. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Espen Oeino.

The largest yacht ever built at Oceanco and in the Netherlands, the 117m megayacht Project Y719 , has had a technical launch. This five-deck gigantic luxury vessel with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure is currently under construction with delivery in 2021.

She will undergo the outfitting stage at the Oceanco facilities in Albasserdam. At this stage, the information about designers involved in the project remain undisclosed. The shipyard is now working on a few superyachts, such a Y720 that measures 109m and Y721 with 125m of overall length.

Oceanco has just delivered the 90m superyacht DREAMBOAT  designed by Espen Oeino and Terence Disdale .

Inside plan for 460ft megayacht ‘Floating Dubai’ designed as a luxury aircraft carrier with two helipads, pool & spa

AN ultra-luxury megayacht designed like a military-style aircraft carrier promises to be a sheikh's paradise at sea.

Plans for the "Floating Dubai " vessel include an enormous pool deck, a relaxing spa and not one, but two enormous helipads on board.

Christened UAE One, the superboat was designed by Milan-based Enzo Manca, who collaborated with a sheikh to make it the flagship of the United Arab Emirates.

In a statement, Manca said: “The idea of UAE One was born in 2020, during a very special meeting between me and a sheikh of the United Arab Emirates on vacation in Italy .

“The sultan was very clear and categorical, he wanted something really special and unique.”

UAE One is inspired by historic defence ships, yet its curving lines distinguishes it from other vessels on the high seas.

It also stands over 130 feet tall and has tinted windows for extra privacy in true military style.

With nine decks and a total area of slightly over 30,000 square feet, the monster yacht is designed to give guests, diplomats, and kings the finest experience possible.

There is an owner's suite, eight cabins, and 14 mini suites within.

The staff has 35 cabins as well.

As well as accommodations, the mega vessel features a press room for briefings and three private meeting rooms.

But UAE One isn't just work and no play.

The foredeck has a large circular lounge and a cosy fireplace to enjoy the 360-degree views for even more relaxation.

The main deck, meanwhile, has a beautiful 18-metre geometric swimming pool.

There are also several outdoor lounges for sundowners, a platform for ocean swims, and a wellness centre with a spa on board.

Due to the necessity of quick and simple transportation to and from a flagship, UAE One is able to maintain an extensive fleet of land, air, and sea vehicles.

The yacht features one hangar, two helipads  ideal for foreign delegates, and a "mini-internal port" for tenders and submarines.

Manca did not give away any details about the 459-footer's propulsion, but it would need a significant amount of horsepower to propel it through the water.

Official interior design renderings are still under development, leaving yacht lovers intrigued as to what the mega boat will hold in store.

It comes as incredible plans have been revealed for a lavish futuristic superyacht designed to "fly billionaires over water" while cruising at high speeds.

If you ever wanted to fly across the sea in a hoverboard only  James Bond  could ever own, this is the closest chance you will ever get.

Dubbed "Flying Pyramid" because of its unique geometrical shape, Tetra would be able to lift itself above and float over water while defying gravity.

Created by  London -based designer Jonathan Schwinge, the concept yacht is what is called a hydrofoil - a design that helps vessels to stay above water, making it seem like they are rather flying.

Hydrofoil designs have multiple hulls attached to the body - and have shaped vanes called foils that help the vessel to lift off the water.

And since only a small part of a hydrofoil boat touches the water surface, the drag is drastically reduced to offer a smoother and faster ride.

The concept superyacht will reportedly have a speed of 17.2mph during take-off - and will be able to cruise above water at an impressive speed of up to 43.7mph.
