HEMPEL MULTICOAT is a one-component, alkyd-based paint with good resistance to water and oil. The paint is characterized by its durability, UV resistance good application properties. Suitable for all boatbuilding substrates inside and outside above the waterline where a semi-gloss finish is desired. Most common applications: Bilge, storage areas or deck surfaces. Can be used as a complete coating system. Suitable thinner: HEMPEL 811 Yield approx. 11 m²/l (40 µm). Note: Please observe the application instructions in the technical data sheet before and during application.

Jeder Bootsbesitzer benötigt eine andere Art an von HEMPEL Bootslack, da Bewuchsschutz sehr unterschiedliche kompatible Rumpf- und Bootsarten aufweisen können. Das neue Hempaspeed TF ist für Renn-, Regatta-, Trailer- und weiterem Sportbooten mit Stahl- oder Aluminiumrumpf und GFK-, geeignet.

Das selbstpolierende Antifouling CLASSIC ist für Boote aus Glasfaser, Holz, Sperrholz und Stahl geeignet. Auf Leichtmetalllegierungen, wie z.B. Aluminium, ist dieses Produkt nicht zu verwenden.

Das selbstpolierende Antifouling MILLE NCT ist speziell geeignet für Cruiser und Segelboote aus Stahl, Holz und GFK. Verwenden Sie ausreichend Grundierung, kann dieses Produkt auch für Aluminium-Boote eingesetzt werden.

Das selbstpolierende Antifouling ECOPOWER CRUISE ist für Boote aus Glasfaser, Holz, Sperrholz und Stahl geeignet. Empfohlen für Gebiete mit hohen Umgebungsanforderungen.

Das Hart-Antifouling ECOPOWER RACING eignet sich für Glasfaser-, Aluminium-, Holz-, Sperrholz und Stahlboote. Das Antifouling wird in Gewässern mit hohen Umweltanforderungen empfohlen. 

Das Hartantifouling HARD RACING mit TecCel eignet sich als Bewuchsschutz für Boote aus GFK, Stahl und Holz. Nicht für Alu-Schiffe geeignet. Diese Antifoulings / Farben dürfen in Holland nicht verarbeitet werden.

Das biozidfreie Antifouling SILIC ONE ist sowohl für schnelle Motorboote als auch für Segelboote geeignet und kann auf alle Oberflächen aufgetragen werden, außer auf Holz.

HEMPEL Hempaspeed TF ist für alle Gewässer, das bedeutet Salz- und Süßwasser, Seen sowie Flüsse geeignet und kann auch in den Niederlanden aufgetragen werden. Dieser Bootslack ist besonders geeignet für Gebiete, in denen Einschränkungen den Einsatz von Bioziden nicht zulassen.

HEMPEL CLASSIC hat ebenfalls eine Zulassung für niederländische Gewässer.

HEMPEL MILLE NCT darf in Holland nicht verarbeitet werden. Verwenden Sie ausreichend Grundierung, kann dieses Produkt in fast allen Gewässern verwendet werden.

HEMPEL ECOPOWER CRUISE empfiehlt sich für Gebiete mit hohen Umgebungsanforderungen.

HEMPEL ECOPOWER RACING wird in Gewässern mit hohen Umweltanforderungen empfohlen. 

HEMPEL HARD RACING sollte aufgrund des enthalteten Biozids vorsichtig angewendet werden. Diese Antifouling-Farbe darf in Holland nicht verarbeitet werden.

Based on advanced epoxy technology, Hempadur coatings provide excellent long-term protection of steel in even the toughest environments. They are ideal for steel structures and equipment where long maintenance intervals are a priority, such as bridges and other civil buildings, offshore installations, chemical plants and power generation facilities.

Our Hempadur range includes primers, intermediates, tank linings and pipe coatings that protect your assets against a range of corrosive elements, from seawater and harsh chemicals to abrasion and high temperatures.

Activated zinc primers: Based on our patented activated zinc technology, Hempadur Avantguard  zinc epoxy primers deliver significantly higher galvanic corrosion protection than zinc epoxies without Avantguard.

Holding primers

A full range of inhibitor effect coatings, including Hempadur Fast Dry 17410 , an extremely flexible coating for mild to severely corrosive environments.

Our range of Hempadur holding primers are two-component coatings, ensuring your surfaces will not corrode during the surface preparation before applying the first coating layer. They are ideal for anti-corrosive systems specified for C3-C5 corrosive environments (C5 without using zinc-rich primers), giving you faster flow in the surface preparation and enhancing efficiency.

The range includes Hempadur 15570, which cures to a strong and highly corrosion resistant coating at temperatures down to -10°C/14°F as well as Hempadur 15590, a hard-wearing coating for situations where extreme abrasion resistance and resistance to humidity are needed.

• Zinc phosphate coatings Our zinc phosphate coatings provide anti-corrosion performance through the inhibitor effect. The range includes Hempadur Fast Dry 17410 , which can be used as a primer in mild to medium atmospheric environments and as an intermediate or finishing coat in epoxy systems in medium to severely corrosive atmospheric environments.
• Intermediate coatings Our range of intermediate coatings protect your steel structures through the barrier effect, preventing water and oxygen from reaching the steel.  Hempadur Mastic 45880 for example, is an excellent intermediate to be used in either two- or three-coat systems, forming a hard and tough coating with good wetting properties and low temperature curing.

Our tanks lining assortment provide dual protection in cargo tanks, protecting the steel from being affected by the cargo and preventing the cargo from being contaminated. The range includes:

• Hempadur 35560 , which works especially well as a lining in potable water tanks and potable water pipelines
• Hempadur 35760, with very high corrosion protection properties and excellent chemical resistance. This coating is especially well-suited for new and old storage tanks containing oils, fuels, bio fuels and a wide range of chemicals
• Hempadur 35900, a tank lining with excellent adhesion and resistance to crude oil in high temperatures
• Hempadur 85671, an epoxy phenolic resistant to very aggressive cargos
• Hempadur15600 , provides excellent resistance to continuous immersion in a range of hydrocarbons, including crude oil up to 90°C

Having excellent impact and abrasion resistance, this range of coatings are especially well-suited for off-shore splash zones such as helicopter deck on FPSOs and platforms. The assortment includes Hempadur Multistrength 45751 and Hempadur Multistrength 45753 with very good corrosion and abrasion resistance for warm and cold climates, respectively.

Designed for carrying of dry, sweet gas, our pipe coatings are designed to reduce the drag resistance by making the pipe walls smoother, improving the flow efficiency. Our assortment includes Hempel's HS Gas Pipe Coating 87830 and Hempel's HS Gas Pipe Coating 87831.
